*Please call for Special Events Rates. Sorry No Pets Rates are based on single or double occupancy. All prices are subject
to state tax and Volusia County Resort tax. Extra person $15.00 per
day and $20.00 during Special Events. Rates are subject to change without
notice, unless confirmed by deposit. A $100.00 deposit per room is required
to confirm a reservation, $200.00 for special events. Weekend surcharge applies. No Refunds for
Special Events. 30 day notice required for cancellation refund less $20.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be made for early departure. Daily maid service except sundays and holidays.
